I vividly remember starting my first official Product Manager job in 2015 (after doing Product with other titles for years).
With 14 years of direct Product Management experience, 5 years as a Product coach, and 100+ Product Managers taught and coached, I’ve learned a thing or two about pivoting into and succeeding in Product.

SPRINT™️ is a hybrid (1:1 and group) coaching experience specifically designed for high-performers with transferrable skills who need help navigating their Product Management job search. It’s also great for Product folks who are back on the job hunt and need a refresher and support.

THIS IS NOT A DIY, SELF-PACED COURSE THAT YOU’LL NEVER ACTUALLY FINISH.
This is a hands-on environment that is designed to ensure you’re primed and ready to transition into your first (or next) Product Management role ASAP.
The SPRINT™️ Program has a roadmap that is structured around core, predictable milestones.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
We’ll tackle your job search strategy within the first week. Then we’ll overhaul your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile so you can start applying within the first 10-14 days.
Next, we focus on your interviewing skills so that you’re prepared to handle the recruiter screens, hiring manager interviews, case interviews, and panel interviews, too.
There’s a really good chance that you’ll receive a take-home assignment to seal the deal. We’ll help you to tackle it, and negotiate your offer as well.

Both! SPRINT includes 4 private 60-minute 1:1 milestone calls at key moments for things like crafting your personalized job search strategy, finalizing your new resume, refining your “Tell me about yourself…” narrative, and mock interview practice. But in between our 1:1 time, you get access to async support (we love voice memos!) and weekly group coaching sessions for job search Q&A and mock interview prep so you’ve always got support for the inevitable questions that come up.

SPRINT is $4,999 if paid up front, which includes community membership. We also a 3-month payment plans if that works better for you. Your experience in the program is that same no matter which payment option you choose.

Yes! You are welcome to join SPRINT on a trial basis for 30-days where you’ll get 2 60-minute 1:1 calls, async support and unlimited access to group events. We’ll help you craft a personalized job search strategy, update your resume to match and, of course, optimize your LinkedIn, and start applying. Think of it like a “launch” program for your job search.
If you enjoy the support and programming, you can upgrade for full access to SPRINT to unlock additional job search support including mock interview prep, take home assignment support, offer negotiation and more for as long as you’d like!

We’ll celebrate! That’s literally the goal! 🎉
Most clients land offers in 3-6 months, so we require a minimum commitment of 3 months to start, but the goal is to get you that dream job ASAP!
If you accept a role, but decide to keep looking for something better, you can choose stick around through the end of your first 3 months or even continue on a month-to-month basis. Totally your call.

Yes! You have lifetime access to the SPRINT curriculum and materials as long as you are an active SPRINT member or a community member.

We accept clients on a rolling basis, allowing you the flexibility to join now. You will also have access to a community of career changers you can learn from and mock interview with.

We serve a variety of industries spanning both physical and digital products. Our clients have landed Product roles in FinTech, FemTech, EdTech, and some many other niche industry spaces. Startups, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, B2B, B2C, B2B2C - we’ve seen it all.

This is why I am selective about who joins the program. I need to ensure that the clients I enroll align with the requirements and work ethic in the program because I am driven to deliver results.
While I can not promise you a role in 90 days, I am confident that the process is designed to achieve your goal. In fact, we believe in the program SO much that your 4th month in SPRINT is free when you hit certain program milestones related to how soon you begin applications and the consistency of your job search efforts.
From there, you are always welcome to stay in the program on a month-to-month basis to get continued support, but it’s totally up to you!

I do! Landing the job is just the first step.
You are welcome to jump right into the SCALE program (to nail your first 90 days in a new role) or continue with a community membership to maintain access to peer support, group coaching an flexible 1:1 coaching.

It varies from week to week, but it’s usually 5-10. You can expect to see familiar faces each week and get some networking out of this. Folks often make lasting connections with other people they meet via SPRINT.

Weekly group coaching calls are held throughout the week at various times to support clients across various timezones. But don’t worry! Every group coaching call is also recorded so you can always go back and see the recording whenever it’s convenient for you!

The Never Search Alone process is great, but there are a few reasons why SPRINT is typically a better fit for Product Managers during their job search:
SPRINT is 100% focused on a designed for the unique aspects of a Product Management job search. Job Search Councils are more generalized and may or may not include Product Managers.
SPRINT was created, and is led by, a deeply experienced Product Leader and Co-founder with over a decade of hands on Product Management experience as a PM and Director of Product. Job Search Councils are led by whoever steps up to lead them, so your experience will vary.
SPRINT is designed to help you get traction in your job search FAST. Job Search Councils tend to move slowly through the career strengths/discovery phase, which can feel frustrating if you’re eager to find your next role.
SPRINT includes all the templates, tools, and techniques you’ll need to nail every stage of a Product Management job search - from an ATS-approved resume, to proven outreach strategies, to a personalized job search strategy, to interview prep, to take home assignment support and offer negotiation. Job Search Councils may have folks who are skilled in these areas, but again, your experience will vary.
SPRINT coaches support you every step of the way with questions and curveballs that come up and we’re available anytime via the community as well as DMs and voice memos. Job Search Councils typically meet once a week at most, and consistency and support often varies.

I totally understand the desire to connect with a SPRINT alum, but as a practice I don't use previous clients for sales enablement. They are often super busy and I value their time.
